WW II VETERAN VIDEOS:
Charles "Charlie" Guinta, a World War II Army veteran involved in the Pacific theater operations. In May 1945, he was on a transport ship heading to the South Pacific and witnessed the raising of the American Flag at Iwo Jima. Charlie resides in Stamford and celebrated his 102nd birthday in 2026.
