Biography

Colonel Raymond E.B. Ketchum, II was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1935. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1954. After graduation from West Point in 1957, he began his military career at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps.

He retired from the Army in 1987 after serving a Chief of Staff of the United States Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Previously, he commanded the Second signal Training Brigade at Fort Gordon, Georgia.

Colonel Ketchum lived his military life and continues to live his retirement life with great integrity. He is married to the former Gwendolyn June and has lived in Stamford, Connecticut for the past 34 years.
