Biography
Dick Fisher was ROTC commissioned on June 6, 1959 and served as an Order of Battle officer in the United States Army Intelligence during the Cold War, serving in G-2 Seventh Army. During three years of reserve time, after active duty, Fisher’s summer camp assignment was at the Pentagon, Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence before leaving DC and the Army. Mr. Fisher has lived in Stamford, Connecticut since September of 1970.
